ALKYD VARNISHED POLYESTER FABRIC TAPE

1. GENERAL
The tape shall have a temperature index of 145

2. DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES
WIDTH:- Preferred widths are 20 mm and 25 mm.(ALSO MAKE AS PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT)
LENGTH:- 50 metres/roll
THICKNESS TOLERANCE :- ± 0.13mm
WIDTH TOLERANCE :- ± 0.5mm

3. FINISH
The surface of the tape shall be uniform and free from defect such as bubbles,pinholes & flaws. There is possibility of creases in the tape will be 5% of the packing.

4. JOINTS
The number of joints per reel shall not exceed one and none of the joined lengths in a reel shall be shorter than 10 meters.

5. TEST SAMPLE
One roll of 50 metres length is supplied for testing and approval purpose.
