These cables are manufactured with copper stranded wire twice wounded opposite and overlapped with fibre glass yarn braided and impregnated with high thermal class insulating vanishes/ It stays flexible up to temperature range from -70oC to 200oC. Resists moisture, chemicals fungus radiations, corona discharge and ozone attack and even manages to retain excellent dielectric when burnt.

DIELECTRIC STRENGHT-3500 VOLTS

Thermal class Insulation: ‘E’ and ‘H’ class 120oC and 180oC. These types of cables are supplied in all current ratings or as per customer specifications. These are generally used by manufacturers of hot ovens, furnaces; heating mantels and other heating applications like geysers, hot plates etc. Besides above these are used in motor and alternator internal connections.

These cables are also manufactured with Mylar film, glass lapped/braided & varnished flexible which have high dielectric strength. These are used as terminal lead wires in motor and connections replacing the old concept of use of neoprene insulated wires.These are suppled in single core or multi core as per customer’s requirements.
